Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Kamero, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional products and services. We stand behind the quality of our offerings and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Before You Purchase

We strongly recommend that you explore Kamerothrough our 45-day free trial. This allows you to:

• Understand our features and capabilities
• Ensure compatibility with your requirements
• Experience our user interface and workflows

Cancellation, Expiry and Unused Capacity

• Unused capacity is not refundable. Upload credits and event allowances included in a plan have no cash value and are not refunded, credited, or carried forward if they are unused when your subscription expires, is cancelled, or is changed.
• Cancelling does not end your term early or trigger a refund. Cancellation stops future automatic payments. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no part of that payment is returned.
• Upgrades and add-ons do not extend your renewal date. They increase your capacity immediately for the remainder of the current period only, and the amount paid is non-refundable.
• Please renew within 7 days of expiry. After a subscription or event pack expires we keep your data for a grace period of 7 calendar days. Beyond that it becomes eligible for permanent deletion and cannot be guaranteed or recovered. Renewal reminders are sent on a best-effort basis only and should not be relied upon — your renewal date is always shown in your dashboard.
